    45-minute mindfulness meditation session integrating body scans, focus techniques, and guided reflection. Trains present moment awareness, stress resilience, emotional regulation, and heart-centered qualities like compassion, joy, and gratitude. 

  • Mondays 4:30-5:30pm at Talo Yoga in Palo Alto, CA.

    60-minute yin yoga session integrating passive, long-held poses with mindfulness and breathing techniques. Targets the body's connective tissue to release tension and helps regulate the nervous system to promote emotional balance and relaxation.
